Strawberry waffle and sausage was good! Shared so didn't taste much else. Server was cool, forgot his name but did a good job for sure. Not sure if I would go back from this experience but maybe I'd give it another shot if someone suggested. A little surprised it seemed to have Hispanic signature dishes that were popular and most ordered. Possibly return to try sometime else, just depends. Environment was okay, nothing that stands out to me.

Fantastic variety of food! We enjoyed the protein omelet with tomatoes and sourdough bread. The chili verde chicken enchiladas were absolutely delicious—the chili had just the right level of spice without being overwhelming. The staff was warm and attentive. I highly recommend Bros Breakfast and lunch.

Solid First Visit with Room to Explore More We’ve heard a lot of good things about this spot, so we were excited to finally give it a try. We came at noon on a Sunday which was likely a mistake - we were told it would be a 30 minute wait but it actually turned into a 50 minute wait. Though once we sat, the service was fast. Overall, it was a good experience, and we’d definitely come back at a less busy time to try more of the menu. What We Tried: • Chilaquiles (with Salsa Verde) – The stand out dish of the morning. This was one of our favorites we’ve had in Las Vegas. We didn’t get it with any meat and it was still really good and not too spicy. Great flavor and balance. The refried beans were a nice touch. We’d definitely come back and try this again with a meat option to fill out the flavors. • Monte Cristo Sandwich – This one was just okay. A bit dry and disconnected as a dish. A true Monte Cristo should be fully assembled, dipped in batter, and browned all over - giving it that rich, crispy edge on every bite. This one felt more like French toast slices that they just used to prep a sandwich. Also, it typically comes with some kind of jam on the side (raspberry or strawberry) but none came with it. There were Smuckers jelly packets on the table, so we made do, but again… it’s the little details that elevate a dish like this. Final Thoughts: Decent overall. Not everything hit perfectly, but nothing was bad either. Definitely worth a second visit to try some other dishes and see what else stands out.

First time here, it was recommended for breakfast by a friend, it was around 1 pm, they serve breakfast all day. I think they close around 3 pm. I love coffee, and their coffee was very good and I decided to try the coffee pancakes, which were very delicious, they have coffee and infused into the batter and they also make a sauce that's coffee-based and suite, it did not need any syrup it served with a side of a whipped cream butter. I added eggs and protein to make it a meal. The other guests had a sample breakfast. The customer service was great, our server was fantastic. I would come here and eat again when I am in the area.

Chilaquiles were delicious. Salsa was perfect for me, so I would recommend them. Tried the biscuit and gravy and it what pretty good as well, biscuit wasn’t dry at all and gravy is one of the good ones I’ve tried so far. The French toast wasn’t all there. It definitely needs a bit more flavor. The middle of the toast tastes like tones of butter but the rest of the toast needed flavor. Other than that definitely a good place to try out.

We arrived around 8:30am-9ish. There was no line, and it was about 50% full. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I ordered the chorizo benedict and basil lemonade for myself. I ordered the pancakes with eggs for my son, with milk. I paid approximately $40, more or less. I liked that they had music. It was overall a good experience.

I highly recommend Bros Breakfast and Lunch !!! I seen the video on TikTok and since I was on my way to Vegas I thought I would stop and give them a try. They completely surpassed my expectations. I ordered the Sun City pancakes they were so delicious with the egg baked in the middle of them. The food was flavorful and delicious. So next time or any time I come back out to Vegas I'm definitely coming back here for breakfast !!! I would also like to mention the customer service was awesome !!! BEST PANCACKES EVER
